Networking Meeting and New Year's Resolution Celebration

Another year is coming to a close...blink and there goes 2009.   Have you ever looked back and wished things were just a little different?  We understand how that feels and that is one of the reasons we go to great lengths to connect you with powerful information.  We want to make a difference in your Real Estate Investing business.

We have been surveying the UVREIA group and many of you requested that one of the topics for 2010 should be Credit Repair.  Your requests have been heard so keep letting us know what you want to see in upcoming meetings.

Provo Library.jpgJanuary's Meeting is Going to be packed full of helpful information...Great Speakers talking about CREDIT REPAIR!

2009 may be finishing up but the key will be what are you doing this year to make 2010 the Best Year You EVER had Financially?  We are already lining up our speakers for 2010, from topics you have told us you want to see.

Some of the Topic's You Can Count On in 2010 are:

Community Action Services and Food Bank serves Utah, Wasatch & Summit Counties in a variety of ways with services ranging from classes on renter’s rights to helping make homes more energy-efficient.  One service that they offer is food pantries throughout the county including Provo, Payson, American Fork, Heber, Kamas, and Coalville. Individuals and families receive both perishable and non-perishable foodstuffs, as well as access to additional resources at these locations.  Items that they are most in need of are non-perishable, high nutrient, easy preparation foodstuffs such as cans of Tuna or jars of peanut-butter.  They are also in need of hygiene items such as diapers, feminine products, etc.

The Sub for Santa Program

United Way This program seeks to help families who are truly unable to provide a Christmas for their children, and includes a mandatory training on responsible budgeting as well as low and no cost holiday traditions.  The program is centered at the public libraries helping these families to connect to further community resources and helping parents to get their children library cards which not only serve as a present under the tree, but encourage reading.  Each child in the program receives only two changes of new clothing, two new toys, and one new book.  To eliminate the need for coordination of clothing sizes, we ask that you bring either new toys or books to benefit the children of our community this Christmas.

The Perfect Wave

E-mail Print PDF

In 1964, there was an incredible surfing documentary created by Bruce Brown, called “Endless Summer.” What he did was follow two incredible surfers around the entire world while they searched for the perfect wave.  What you may not know is a “perfect wave” comes from a destructive storm.   These waves are created by hurricanes, and typhoons thousands of miles away.

Real estate investors are very similar to this.  The majority of real estate investors are doing their best to keep afloat during this economic storm.  Most investors are in the middle of the rising water and unsure what to do.  Or how to take advantage of the opportunities these storms bring.

The Utah Valley REIA has been listening to your needs and we have an incredible solution for all of you.  If you want to get to the meat of how to weather these storms and still cash checks, we have a step-by-step plan on getting you there. We have additions to the club that are going to really get your attention and help guide you to achieving greater success.  So make sure to update your profile attached to the P.S. so we can connect you with this new upcoming data.

Here are some of the topics to watch for:

  • The biggest mistakes real estate investors make.
  • The nitty-gritty details on how to cash checks in this current economy.
  • A detailed look at successful marketing strategies.
  • More direct help from the new and improved club.

It only takes a little knowledge of the perfect storm...and step-by-step guides on how to get there.  We also want to know how we can best serve you so make sure to tell us what topics you want to see in the future inside your UVREIA profile.

Watch for upcoming details!

Wishing you profitable investing from your UVREIA Leadership Team
