Customer Remedy
The entire liability or our company and the exclusive remedy of the purchaser shall be a refund of the price paid or replacement the product, at our option. We limit replacement to thirty days. All remedies are limited to the United States. Certain states disallow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not be applicable to you.
Exclusion & Limitation of Liability
These warranties herein exclude all consequential or incidental damages. Our company, its suppliers, employees, and agents, will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including without any limitation, damages for loss of profits from business, interruption of business, loss of business information, or any pecuniary loss. Privacy Policy
Customer Information
All customer information is held confidential. We do not sell our customer list or customer information to any other parties. Customer information such as name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, fax number and billing information is collected for the sole purpose of providing services to our customers and notifying them of improvements to our products and services.
From time to time, we will send special offers and promotional notices via mail, e-mail, fax, and/or voice broadcast to our customers and to prospects that have expressed interest and have requested such information. At any time, customers may “opt-out” of such offers and notifications by following the opt-out link on the specific communication received.
Customer Lead Information
All leads generated by our customers and data stored for our customers are held and protected in strict confidence using advanced security measures. Each lead's information is kept only so that the customer's marketing messages may be sent to that lead. We do not contact customer leads, nor do we sell or share customers' lead information with any other party.
Affiliate Information
All affiliate information, including address, phone number, e-mail address, and Social Security or tax id number is confidential. This information is collected for the purposes of: 1) generating commission checks and 2) complying with United States federal tax requirements.
Terms of Service
Billing
This service is billed in advance on a yearly or monthly recurring basis and is non-refundable. You will be charged for the first month immediately upon submitting your payment information. You will also be automatically billed for each subsequent year or month until you cancel this service. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. We do not charge cancellation fees or make you sign long-term contracts.
Release and Waiver
Client agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless Utah Valley REIA and its employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers against any and all losses, accidents, damages, injuries, expenses and claims resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from any and all Services Provided.Client agrees that in no event shall Utah Valley REIA, its employees, agents, contractors, or suppliers total and aggregate liability under this agreement exceed the amount of fees paid by the Client.
Client understands that Utah Valley REIA does not and cannot guarantee success or any particular result. While we shall use our best professional efforts to achieve a successful result, we can make no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, as to the successful completion of services provided.
