He will be covering changes with the REPC (Real Estate Purchase Contract) and how best to work with a realtor and find great real estate deals. His company focuses its efforts primarily on getting investor deals closed. That's means getting to that all important payday.
Have your questions ready to discuss and get answers that make you money. Come network and learn about Real Estate Investing. Find deals, partners, contractors or just sit back and meet some new people. Bring a lunch and prepare to have some fun.
