The Utah Valley REIA requires significant resources to manage the the day-to-day activities of the association. The Board of Directors along with the volunteer Executive Leadership Team and the Committees help to run the organization. The committee members play an indispensable role in helping the association run smoothly and getting things done. The following is the organizational structure of the UVREIA along with their descriptions.
Board Of Directors
The Board of Directors jointly oversee the activities of the UVREIA, determine the direction of the group and appoint members to the Executive Leadership Team.
Executive Leadership Team
The Executive Leadership Team manages the day-to-day activities with the association. This team includes the President, Vice-President, Chief Creative Officer, Executive Secretary and the Treasurer.
Government Affairs Committee
The Government Affairs Committee promotes and responds to U.S. and State legislation that affects real estate investors. This committee also fosters professional relationships with other associations that share our legislative goals.
Social Events Committee
The Social Events Committee encourages enthusiastic participation and interaction from the general membership in our social parties and networking events. They help plan and conduct our annual events, such as barbecues, Golf Tournaments, the Christmas Party, and more.
Community Service Committee
The UVREIA encourages its members to support the local communitie with worthwhile projects. Through the community service committee we plan community service projects with local service organizations.
Membership Committee
The Membership Committee develops plans to increase membership, increase retention of existing members and motivate all members to be active in the UVREIA.

Education/Program Committee
The Education/Programs Committee invites people to attend the UVREIA’s meetings and helps to greet and sign in attendees in at our luncheons.The committee also helps to plan and prepare for our monthly educational meetings, which provide valuable education on a variety of investment topics.
