Chad Bennett, President
Chad Bennett is the CEO and President of Vested Group, a private investment company that has a strong foundation in the commercial & residential real estate industry. Vested Group has received multiple accolades including being recognized as one of the Top 25 companies under 5 years old in Utah by the Utah Valley Entrepreneurial Forum and also one of the Top companies to watch in Utah by the Utah Valley BusinessQ Magazine.
As President of Vested Group; Chad has been involved in most aspects relating to real estate and real estate investing. He has considerable experience with property rehabs, wholesaling, rentals, property management, short sales, negotiations and more.
Chad studied Business Management and Spanish at Brigham Young University. While there he was recognized as of of the top student entrepreneurs in the state of Utah. In his free time, Chad enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four kids as well as taking part in various sports and activities. His passion for a challenge has lead him from competitive team sports, to participating in Ironman triathlons throughout the country.
Jolene Aubel, Vice President
Jolene Aubel’s public/media relations career spans 17 years in Olympic sports including seven years with the U.S. Ski Team/U.S. Ski Association and includes over 282 national and international events as well as six Olympic Games. She founded Mountain Marketing and Communications, Inc. in 1992 and oversaw all sales and marketing activities of the company. Mountain Marketing and Communications, Inc. is a full service public relations/marketing company offering its clients fun and creative ways to promote its events and sponsorships. Services included a broad range of activities including communications consulting and sports media relations getting national results such as coverage in USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, CNN and Newsweek. Her past clients included O.C. Tanner Company, USA Cycling, International Sports Broadcasting, Lexus, Park City Mountain Resort, Subaru of America and ESPN. Since 2002, she has worked as a full-time real estate investor and specializes in bank short sale negotiations.
Samantha Simon, Chief Creative Office
Samantha Simon has owned and operated two successful businesses and is what you would call a serial entrepreneur.
Her Samak Smoke House, an award winning operation, grew from $20,000 in annual sales to $200,000 before being sold. She was known for her customer service and was voted for having the best beef jerky in the state.
Samantha and her partner Jolene Aubel have a fast-growing real estate solutions company helping homeowners in trouble with foreclosure. Samantha oversees the rehab division of that company and is passionate about adding value to properties.
Samantha is also an owner of Short Cut Connections where she teaches people every day why they should buy at least one investment property while prices are down and interest rates are great.
In addition to investing and teaching about real estate investing, Samantha enjoys teaching an Entrepreneur Forum every fall at Salt Lake Community College and has done this for the past eight years.
She recently finished her degree in Spanish in May 2008 from the University of Utah
