Welcome to the Utah Valley Real Estate Investors Association

The Utah Valley Real Estate Investors Association is a professional networking association for new and experienced real estate investors.

Our primary purpose is to help investors find the resources they need—whether finding deals under market value, obtaining financing, getting referrals of good local contractors and vendors to use, or learning more about the many aspects of real estate investing. We provide the resources you need to succeed.

1st Speaker Aram Ledezma- Real Estate Agent

  Topic: Understanding the Real Estate purchase contracts for a buyers point of view and how to utilize it to your benefit.

  Aram Ledezma is a twelve year Real Estate Industry veteran specializing in building profitable investment portfolios that are both cash-flowing and equitable. He Graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s degree in Property and Facilities Management and also holds a minor degree in Business Administration from the Marriott School of Management.

  2nd Speaker Kirk Cullimore-Eviction Attorney

  Topic: Leasing in Utah. The good, the bad, the Ugly. The Law Offices of Kirk A. Cullimore is the premier landlord’s law firm in the state of Utah. The law office assists landlords in all aspects of the property management business including daily operations advice, evictions, collections and fair housing. The cost effective approach to legal representation helps make the law office an integral partner your property management business. This address will cover basic legal principles to be considered in the landlord/tenant business.
